Houston Contracting Company (HCC) was one of the first pipeline contractors to construct infrastructure and in-field pipelines for the Prudhoe Bay oil fields. Today, HCC is Alaska’s largest pipeline construction company, employing a skilled union workforce and providing approximately one million work hours annually in maintenance, operations, and construction services for the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS).
