Director, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Training

Wayne Swann is Director of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Training (HSET) at ASRC Energy Services. His responsibilities include managing the development and implementation of the corporate HSET philosophy, strategy, and practices, and promoting the Zero Incident culture.

Wayne has more than 35 years of experience in the petroleum industry, including positions in operations, maintenance, safety, training, and emergency response. His previous positions include HSET coordinator at AES and safety programs supervisor at Alyeska Pipeline Service Company. He also has extensive experience working at Prudhoe Bay on Alaska's North Slope, including positions as emergency services supervisor, operations supervisor, and operations trainer.
