Scott Selzer

Vice President/Business Unit Manager, Operations and Maintenance (BP)

Scott Selzer is Vice President/Business Unit Manager of Operations and Maintenance at ASRC Energy Services (AES). He is responsible for managing business development, maintenance, and operations. Scott has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including operations and maintenance of oil rigs in Southwest Kansas where he began his career. Scott’s experiences led him to design, construct, and operate his own petroleum distribution business in Kansas which grew to encompass a multi-state distribution network. In 2003, Scott became the director of manufacturing and engineering at Blue Rhino / Ferrell Gas, the nation’s second largest distributor of propane. He managed the design, development, and construction of state of the art, automated propane plants throughout the United States. In addition, Scott provided plant design and construction consulting for distributors throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Scott joined the AES team in 2006. Prior to his current position, Scott served as CIC operations manager on the North Slope. He has extensive skills and experience working with oilfield operations and maintenance, project management, project accounting, transportation, logistics, and business development.

Scott attended Hesston College in Kansas with an emphasis on Aviation. He is a licensed pilot with single-engine, instrument, and multi-engine ratings.
