Director, Concerns Resolutions Program

Rick Owen is Director of Concerns Resolution Program (CRP) at ASRC Energy Services (AES) and has served as Corporate Counsel with AES since 2000.

In addition to managing and overseeing the AES Concerns Resolution Program, he assists the company’s General Counsel on legal and contractual issues, including litigation, claims review, and contract negotiations.

Before joining ASRC Energy Services, Rick was manager of the commercial special credits department for the National Bank of Alaska and an attorney with the firm of Groh, Eggers, & Price.

Rick holds a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and a bachelor's of science degree in business finance from Brigham Young University.
