Jeff Doyle is General Manager of Projects and Director of Quality at ASRC Energy Services. As General Manager of projects he oversees Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) projects and programs and manages the Project Services team, including estimating, project controls, procurement, and technical services. As Director of Quality, he is responsible for administering the Quality Management Program and, in coordination with top management, ensuring quality objectives are achieved throughout the Company.

Jeff has more than 15 years of management experience with ASRC Energy Services. He has held positions as vice president, business manager, business unit manager, operations manager, project manager, and maintenance manager. Jeff has also served as construction engineer and cost engineer.

Jeff holds a bachelor of business administration degree in finance and economics, and an associate of applied science degree in surveying, both from the University of Alaska Anchorage. He is a certified Project Management Professional and an active member of the Project Management Institute.
